CAF, we believe everyone deserves a safe, affordable place to call home and a real opportunity to build generational wealth. Since 2006, we’ve helped thousands of families move from uncertainty to stability through first-time homebuyer education, eviction prevention, and direct access to affordable homeownership opportunities.
In 2024, Bread and Roses Housing merged with CAF, expanding our impact across the Merrimack Valley. Today, we manage over 45 permanently affordable homes through our Community Land Trust in Lawrence, Haverhill, and North Andover, creating real pathways to homeownership for local families.
